Frontline PCB Solutions announces the release of version 2.11 of its InPlan^TM engineering system, on September 20, 2006. InPlan™ 2.11 contains new functionality and enhancements mainly related to stackup and panel design and significant improvements to the CAM - Engineering interface.

Major new features include:

·         Improved interface with the ApsimRLGC impedance calculator

·         Improved checklist results in the Navigator including graphic histograms

·         2D/3D toggling in stackup graphic representation

·         Graphic representation for masks and plating in the Stackup Editor 

·         Balanced panel layout in automatic panel design
